This Knee Shield series works great for me!

I hope everyone’s having a great day here is a new technique I have been loving! When you start hitting the knee bar over and over your partner falling back to defend will be common. You will need to just start looking for the straight ankle instead when they turn back. If you are a white belt that can not do knee bars yet than start looking more for the straight right away. The straight ankle that will always be legal at most tournaments. The key to this technique is really getting a bite down on the hip so you do not get smashed down.
