Sushma Pawan is an accomplished Hindustani Vocalist with over 30 years of experience performing and teaching. A featured artist at the Festival of Tabla, she trained in the Agra and Jaipur Gharanas under eminent Gurus Pt. Arun Dravid and Pt. Rama Rao Naik. While she regularly performs in India, Sushma is also a dedicated teacher in Orange County. She is known for her creative work in fusion, notably designing an ensemble that blends Hindustani, Carnatic, and Western musical traditions.
