SMALLEST Elevator in the World?? Large Modernized Otis Hydraulic Dumbwaiter

Video Recorded on September 18, 2025: This is by far the most smallest elevator and technically the largest dumbwaiter I have ever ridden in my whole entire life! For those who may remember my original video, this used to have Adam‘s VR fixtures before they were completely modernized with Otis Series M2 fixtures. I wish I could’ve ridden in when it was original when I first discovered, but I was way too claustrophobic and afraid at that time, especially with no lights inside the elevator cab. Also, this is in the St. Luke’s part I believe, not Texas Children’s Hospital. Installed in the very late 90’s, modernized around the 2020’s.
