Welcome back! Thanks for watching... "Me and Bobby McGee" is a song written by American singer-songwriter Kris Kristofferson and originally performed by Roger Miller. Look. Some people don't like Janis's version of this song... but I love it. This era, to me, was when music was in it's PRIME! Thankyou to Cheryl Lee Crabtree for the footage I was able to edit together for this one I am still buzzing after The Song Men @ The Norwood Hotel 13/08/2023... but I might be buzzing from it for the rest of my life... Andy Seymour dubbed it... 'Magical'. There are no better words to describe it. It's officially my favourite show that I've ever played! It was my honour to open for such a wonderful night, to such beautiful people and I am just so thankful and feeling ridiculously blessed. This absolute legend learned a bunch of my original music as well as some quirky covers and he just NAILED everything. Craig Dolman and team, the sound was AMAZING!
