Soup with dumplings – I voiced my culinary plans in the morning! The family prepares their spoons with anticipation. The first dish is quite filling and at the same time light for the body. In soup without “frying”, nutrients are better preserved, and most of the vitamins are preserved. Knowing this, today I want exactly this SOUP! We will need (I am preparing a two-liter pot of soup): 2 chicken wings 300 grams of broth + 1.2 liters of water / or 1.5 liters of water if without broth 1 onion 1 small carrot a few peas of allspice potatoes (3-4 pcs.) Dumpling dough: 1 egg, salt, 1 teaspoon water, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 50-60 grams of flour (or how much dough will take) Spread for future dumplings: 1 teaspoon of butter (at your discretion - butter, melted, vegetable or lard), 1 clove of garlic, a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of dill.
