I Had ONE Life in The Village... And Everything Went Wrong | Road To Vostok

Today I tried something a little different in Road to Vostok… I gave myself ONE life on the village map. If I died, that was it. Run over PERMADEATH! Going into this, I knew it was a bad idea—but I wanted to see if I could actually clear the entire map in a single run without throwing it all away. What I didn’t expect… was how aggressive everything felt. I installed a simple quality-of-life mod (Old Man Mod) that changes AI behavior, view distance, and detection—and it completely changed the experience. Enemies were pushing, repositioning, and lighting me up from distances I wasn’t ready for. And somehow… it only got worse from there. This run went from a simple food trip to a full day survival attempt—clearing the village from early afternoon all the way into the night, flashlight out, trying not to lose everything in one bad moment. By the end… I was counting down the last enemies. And honestly? I don’t know if I’d survive this again. Let me know if you want to see more of these self-imposed challenge runs—or if this was a one-time mistake 😅 Challenge: One Life Village Run If you enjoy chill, story-driven extraction gameplay without all the sweat, you're in the right place.
