One of them would definitely be Kappara as it is exactly in Central Malta close to all the touristic atractions, restaurants, bars, shops, malls. I centra area is idea for a great life in Malta. If you are planning to move to Malta and you need a quite place, near everything central area of Malta would be ideal. However i asked expats what they think is the best city to live in Malta and the answers were different. Some people said it is Mellieha, some said Sliema, St Julians, Sant Venera. In reality Malta is so small that wherever you choose to live you can reach everything in maximum 30min drive.
