東京都青梅市の霊峰・御岳山（みたけさん）を歩きました。 武蔵御嶽神社を中心に育まれてきた山岳信仰の歴史、御師の町並み、そして畠山重忠（はたけやま しげただ）にまつわる伝説——「ささ矢竹」や鵯越（ひよどりごえ）の逸話まで。 修行の道がいまは登山道となった御岳山で、変わらない“自然の姿”に静かに触れる旅です。 I walked through Mount Mitake (Mitakesan) 🗻, the sacred peak in Ōme City, Tokyo 🌿. From the history of mountain worship centered on Musashi Mitake Shrine ⛩️, to the charming oshi priest townscape 🏘️, and even the legends connected to Shigetada Hatakeyama ⚔️—such as the “Sasayadake” 🎋 and the tale of Hiyodorigoe 🕊️. On Mount Mitake, where ascetic training paths have now become hiking trails 🚶♂️, this is a journey to quietly embrace the unchanging beauty of nature 🌸🍃.
