[Modern Church History] 21 Lutheran Orthodoxy and Socinianism Who were the leaders of Lutheran orthodoxy? What were their greatest contributions? The establishment of biblical inerrancy was not, in fact, the work of Reformed orthodoxy, but rather the most important characteristic emphasized by Lutheran orthodoxy. Socinianism emerged in history as a reaction against orthodoxy. I began teaching church history in March 1991 after taking up a professorship at the Graduate School of Theology at Chongshin University. I have taught church history for 30 years, until the end of February 2021. My numerous publications on church history have received numerous awards, including the Grand Prize from the Korea Christian Publishers Association. Drawing on my writings and extensive teaching experience, I will continue to present lectures on modern church history from a new perspective. Today's topic is Lutheran Orthodoxy and Socinianism.
