A TEC A12 Unboxing and Test
A quick unboxing and initial review of the A-TEC A12 12 bore moderator. I wanted a moderator that was interchangeable so I could take it off and use the gun normally but then have the option to reduce the sound with subsonic cartridges when the need arises. So far, I'm quite impressed from the sight picture point of view. It is far easier to aim and shoot than a Hushpower can due to the flush rib that acts as an extension to the gun rib. It seems to handle plastic wads easily and is approved for them unlike the hush power. This is an important consideration for wild fowling where plastic wads are still a fact of life. So far so good. Lets see how it gets on under real life hunting scenarios. More during the fowling season......
