London Heatwave, Oura Ring 5 Upgrade & Real Malar Bag Cases | Weekly Vlog

In this week’s London vlog, we are in the middle of an almost unbearable heatwave, but I’m still taking you along for a few little everyday moments, from shopping in London, picking up some new bits and bobs, to finally upgrading my old Oura Ring after four years and I also pick one for my husband as a special anniversary gift. We talk about wellness tracking, sleep, recovery, readiness, and why small habits can make such a difference when you’re trying to feel more balanced, focused, and in tune with your body. I also show you a few of my favourite spots in Chelsea while I’m on my way to the gym, and we chat honestly about routine, motivation, discipline, and how even a few glasses of champagne can affect your focus, sharpness, sleep, energy, and dedication the next day. And I have to share my current game-changing drink: matcha with coconut water. Believe me, it tastes on another level and feels so refreshing in summer.
