このところ、このチャンネルでZUTOMAYOをカバーすることが多かったので、調子づいて人気曲で難曲のひとつ『秒針を噛む』に挑みました。 上手なベース・カバー演奏をアップロードしている方が大勢いらっしゃるので、後発でビビりながらの演奏です。 フレーズ解析から始めてこの録画テイクまで、2日かかって、所要時間は通算で約4時間半でした。 今の私の再生機材（音の解像度、原曲のベースの聴き取りやすさ）と演奏技術、フレーズ習熟度ではこのテイクが精一杯。自己採点すると100点満点中53点くらいかなぁ。 ・音は採れたが練習回数が足りなくて弾けていない箇所 ・書き込みが出来ないコード譜を使っているので、弾くべきフレーズを忘れて弾けていない箇所 ・正しく音が採れてない箇所 ・ピチカートとスラップを間違えて弾いた箇所 こういう箇所が満載なので、精進の上、再度アップロードするかもしれません。 このスタジオ・バージョンのベーシストは櫻井陸来（さくらい ろっく）さん。 1988年生まれなので、私とちょうど●十歳違いです😅 ご本人がXで「ベース参加させていただきました！！　めちゃ弾きたぐらせて頂きました！！　カッコいいーーー！！！　素敵ソングです。」とポストしているカッチョイイ演奏です。 『永遠深夜万博「名巧は愚なるが如し」』と『「本格中華喫茶・愛のペガサス ~羅武の香辛龍~」』のツアーで弾いている二家本亮介さんによる、更に熟成が進んだ大御所の演奏も、動画を観て参考にさせていただきました。 ＜使用機材＞ Ken Smith Design Brooklyn 5 Strings SOURCE AUDIO SA271 ZIO (Buffer / Front-End Processor) FEA Labs Opti-FET Compresser Shin's Music Bass Master Preamp PettyJohn FILTER (EQ) TDC-YOU PHANTOM DI (FETとトランスの色付け) G2_Systems R.D.I (D.I.) There are so many people who have uploaded excellent bass cover performances, so I'm a bit nervous playing this one as a latecomer. It took me two days, from analyzing the phrases to this recording, and the total time spent was about four and a half hours. With my current playback equipment (sound resolution, bass clarity of the original bass), playing technique, and phrasing mastery, this take is the best I can do. I'd give myself about 53 out of 100 points. There are many flaws: Parts where I captured the notes but couldn't play them due to insufficient practice Parts where I forgot the phrases I was supposed to play because I'm using a chord chart that doesn't allow for annotations Parts where I didn't capture the notes correctly Parts where I mixed up pizzicato and slap There are so many of these, so I might upload it again after further practice. The bassist for this studio version is Riku Sakurai. Born in 1988, he's exactly a few decades younger than me 😅 He himself posted on X, "I participated on bass!! I had so much fun playing!! It's so cool!!! It's a wonderful song." It's a really cool performance.
