Today we're going to analyze the latest Case-Shiller index report published by Realtor.com, which shows that U.S. home prices have practically stabilized. National prices rose just 0.8% year-over-year in April, while several major cities are already showing declines. The big lesson for buyers and sellers is clear: this market is no longer moving the same way everywhere. In some places, there's still pressure due to a lack of inventory, while in others, buyers are regaining bargaining power.
