It consists of low impact exercises only which means there will be no jumping in this workout and also it will be knee friendly. The pyramid style of this workout means that in the first workout round you will have to do each exercise 60 seconds, in the second round 45 seconds and in the final round 30 seconds. This is an intense workout and you will get 2 short water breaks to catch your breath.
