The Concord Band - Movie Night, March 14, 2026

The Concord Band presents our Winter Concert, titled "Movie Night," on Saturday March 14, 2026, 7:00pm at the Performing Arts Center, 51 Walden Street, Concord MA. Music Director James O'Dell has selected iconic themes from film scores, led by John Williams’ memorable Catch Me if You Can, featuring alto saxophone soloist David Southard. Fellow Academy Award winning composers Enrico Morricone and Elmer Bernstein are also represented. The program will present selections from Leonard Berstein's West Side Story score, which won a Tony Award and Oscar nomination, and movements from Johan de Meij's celebrated Symphony No. 1 The Lord of the Rings.
