Technics SL-1200 Wow and Flutter Repair - Fixed with One Capacitor

Can a single capacitor really fix wow & flutter on a vintage SL-1200? In this video, I repair a wow issue on an original Technics SL-1200 by replacing a deteriorated electrolytic capacitor. Before repair: 33.33 RPM → 0.29% wow 45 RPM → 0.25% wow After replacing capacitor C11: 33.33 RPM → 0.02% wow 45 RPM → 0.02% wow I’ll show: visible strobe instability wow measurement results the faulty capacitor and the improvement after repair Many vintage turntables may still appear to spin normally, even when aging capacitors are already affecting speed stability.
