The goal in setting these lengths and limits is to ensure that a fish is given at least one chance to spawn. However, the most distressing situation begins here: while it's not enough for a fish to spawn once, there are criminals who aim to catch and detain a species that hasn't yet reached its limit. Simply catching the length limit isn't enough; knowing the kg limits and spawning periods of each species is crucial for the ecosystem. For species with specified number limits, the kg limits are not taken into account. For species with specified kg limits, the catch, whether single or mixed, cannot exceed 5 kg. For species with specified kg limits, if a single individual exceeds 5 kg, that individual is considered within the legal limits. If the largest fish caught is excluded, the total weight of the remaining fish does not exceed 4 kg, and the total weight of the remaining fish does not exceed 4 kg. The retainable amount is not the amount that each species can be retained separately, but rather the total amount of fish a recreational fisherman can take with them, regardless of the number of fishing days. If more than one species subject to a quantity restriction is caught, the fish are considered a single species.
