She is the founder of Agrodemy Africa, an education-technology platform that supports young people and agribusiness professionals through practical, peer-led learning models that bridge knowledge and real-world application. Through her work, Lucy collaborates with organisations, educators, and development programs to design training systems, curricula, and learning journeys that prioritise context, access, and long-term capability over credentials alone. Lucy’s professional experience spans instructional and training design, youth coaching, program development, content design, and education strategy.
