our week in bermuda didn't go as planned : traveling with my toddler

Spent one week with my daughter in Bermuda! This was not the most eventful vacation to be honest, it rained every single day until my last day there, but it was a great opportunity for me to reconnect with my daughter and it was reminiscent of my maternity leave. I was able to see her growth 25/8 for the week, which felt very different from a typical week in Montreal when she's in daycare for most of the day. Spending time with my cousin and her family gave me great insight on her transition into motherhood, and I was grateful to be a part of her world for one week. We had great conversations and got vulnerable with each other, allowing us to reconnect after feeling the distance both of our motherhoods had imposed on our relationship.
