We support you in expanding your emotions. ☆Profile Nice to meet you. My name is Daiki Nakazawa, representative of Ottleya Guitar. I was born in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture in 1977. My journey began with an acoustic guitar I encountered as a child. It all started when I saw Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi on TV in the fourth grade of elementary school. I was captivated by the way he expressed his emotions with just an acoustic guitar. Then, in my first year of junior high school, I finally got my hands on the acoustic guitar I'd always dreamed of. I played enthusiastically every day, only to be scolded by my mother, who would always tell me to study (laughs). In my first year of high school, I saved up money from a part-time job paying 650 yen an hour and took out a loan to buy my dream Yamaha APX10S guitar. I still treasure that guitar, displayed in its acrylic case in the store. After graduating, I took a completely different path. Vending machine salesman, hostess, brand shop manager, car dealer, mold salesman... I've had a variety of jobs, but the acoustic guitar was always somewhere in my heart. My hobby grew into buying and selling acoustic guitars as a side job, and that's how Ottleya Guitars came to be. The turning point came in 2010, when I met an excellent repairman and began to deeply re-examine the guitar as an instrument. After several years of accumulating funds and knowledge through side jobs, I quit my job in 2013. The following year, in 2014, I finally opened Ottleya Guitars. Today, I spend my days surrounded by my beloved acoustic guitars and meeting many other guitar lovers. I hope that acoustic guitars will reawaken the pure feelings of my childhood! I would be happy to share those moments with you. I hope to be a presence that can accompany you through every moment of your life through choosing your acoustic guitar.
