Rev’it Poseidon 3 Gore-Tex Jacket & Pants - are they actually waterproof? 💦

So, I’m off on a trip to the Alps and Pyrenees - I’ve invested in a quality textile jacket and pants combo. But are they waterproof? Well spoiler alert - they are! But my previous kit had a Gore-Tex Z liner which whilst it kept you dry on the inside, the suit itself wetted out. Which made it heavy, cold and a bugger to dry out. This suit is Gore-Tex laminated L2 and 3 so I’m hoping it doesn’t do that - like water off a ducks back. I’ll do a full review on my trip but for now this is just a wet weather test.
