The Ilocos Center for Health Development recognized the outstanding efforts made by local health implementers towards achieving Universal Health thru the GAWAD KALUSUGAN 2025, themed "Local Action, Universal Health: Honoring Achievements in Advancing DOH 8-Point Action Agenda" held on December 11, 2025 at the Speaker Pro-Tempore Francisco I. Ortega Convention Center, San Fernando City, La Union. This gathering served as a platform to honor the dedication of the health workers and the stakeholders that have significantly contributed to this cause.
