Join me for a 20-minute practice to reconnect with your body, begin train your mind to be more present to your life and recognize more clarity, opportunity, possibility and choice. If you're new to the body scan practice, I’ll be guiding you through bringing curiosity and awareness to different parts of your body, from your toes to your head.
