Today we're going with something extraordinary from Bebra to Halle (Saale) HBF. The route of our InterCity today takes us along the old line to Halle an der Saale. Apparently even without stopping in Erfurt, as the passengers changing trains are only picked up in Gotha or Weimar. After we have left the Ilmtal by train, we continue the journey in the upper Saale valley, where Saaleck Castle and Rudelsburg Castle greet us.
