In this video, I, Alexander Savin (Bilprime Service Center), explain why removing the wheels is the best time for diagnostics and provide a step-by-step spring maintenance checklist. What you absolutely must do in spring: Brakes and suspension: a quick inspection of the control arms, boots, and pads while access is available. Wheel alignment: Winter potholes and snowdrifts can cause suspension geometry to become distorted. If wheel alignment isn't corrected, new summer tires will burn out within a couple of months. Lights inspection: We check the headlights for leaks (to prevent water from damaging the ignition units). If the light has become dim, we replace the standard halogen/xenon headlights with modern Bi-LED lenses. Windshield: Scrubbed glass from winter brushes and scrapers creates a dangerous glare in the spring sun. Detailing: We deeply clean the body of winter chemicals, dry-clean the interior, and apply a protective ceramic coating for a perfect shine.
