Una tecnica non capita: KOTEGAESHI - E' una tecnica efficace per la Difesa Personale? O no?

Oggi vediamo una tecnica che un tempo (si parla degli anni '90 del secolo scorso) era molto apprezzata e amata ma che oggi ha perso totalmente quella "stima" che un tempo possedeva: il Kotegaeshi. Grazie alla mia esperienza sia nell'Aikidō (stile Iwama) che nel Daitō Ryū Aikijūjutsu, proverò a spiegare come in realtà nasca questa tecnica ma soprattutto cosa sia in realtà. Buona visione!
