A young man who lost his life in a car-truck collision while trying to get to the first session of the YKS (University Entrance Exam) in Karkamış district of Gaziantep was laid to rest. The accident occurred in the morning near the rural Soylu neighborhood of Karkamış district. According to reports, the car with license plate 34 RN 5735, driven by Fatih İnal (19), collided with a truck driven by Ahmet A. at an intersection. Two young relatives in the car, who were on their way to Nizip district to take the YKS Basic Proficiency Test (TYT), were injured in the collision. Medical and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured were taken to the hospital after initial treatment by medical teams. Despite all efforts by doctors, the severely injured driver, Fatih İnal, could not be saved. Ahmet İnal is reportedly still receiving treatment at the hospital. Young Man Who Died While Going to Exam Laid to Rest Fatih İnal, who lost his life in the horrific accident, was laid to rest after a funeral prayer held in the rural Akçaköy neighborhood of Karkamış district following the autopsy. The funeral was attended by the young man's family, relatives, local residents, and many citizens. The moment of the accident was captured by a nearby security camera.
