Trying Wayne Goss's Hooded Eye Trick for Loose Skin On The Eyes

I came across this Wayne Goss Hooded Eye Tutorial again and I just had to try this technique again! Ya'll, it is amazing for Hooded Eyes with loose skin. I did add a tip of my on to it, too! The eye shadows that I used are retired shades, but if you have similar shades of your own, try those. You could also use Addiction Palette 6 to create this look, too.
