Releasing the Pressure! (Porsche 928 Flex Plate)
Before we start putting some miles on our 928, we had to check to see if the Flex Plate had pressure on it. We have seen multiple videos discussing the importance of releasing the pressure annually to ensure the crank bearings aren't damaged. Our Flex Plate was definitely pressurized. We just don't know for how long. The flywheel doesn't seem to move that much, but I don't have a gauge to check the exact measurements. Just going to drive it and see how it goes. #oreillyautoparts #porsche #porsche928
