Welcome to this full-body Pilates workout on and with the exercise ball. This slightly wobbly training tool requires your body to make small micro-movements to find balance, allowing you to train your sense of balance and the deep back and abdominal muscles. Make sure you perform all movements smoothly and with control. Don't forget to breathe and have fun 😊 My ball has a diameter of 65 cm and I'm 1.65 m tall. If you're taller, a larger ball might be more suitable for you. Your legs should be at approximately a 90° angle when sitting on your ball. When you're ready, let's roll out the mat and get started.
