Pokemon Brilliant Diamond but I can only use SHINIES (8 full odds, 1 bonus Masuda)

Hello Wayfarers, this is a Shiny only challenge in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond with some additional rules thrown in. I had a blast with this challenge and I actually think it might be the most unique shiny hunting experience I've ever had. You can soft reset for shinies, fish for them, revive fossils, hatch eggs, find NPC’s who’ll trigger double encounters, and run around a huge underground cave system to find them. All of these methods make this run such a unique experience where every hunt feels different from the last. Also, this challenge was recorded on a regular copy of the game, so no alterations were made to the odds of finding a shiny Pokemon. Yep, this ones going to be brutal. With that in mind, please enjoy Pokemon Brilliant Diamond but I can only use SHINIES.
