Held during the 2015 FESTIBA, the following is a presentation on the life of Crescencio "Chencho" Hernández. Crescencio was recognized for his lifetime contribution to the tradition of mariachi music as an instrumentalist (trumpet), composer, and arranger. He is not present for this interview/presentation because of travel delays that led to logistical setbacks; the original idea was to have both Crescencio and José Hernández interact with each other for the interview.
