The Huawei-backed Luxeed V9 is a cutting-edge luxury MPV co-developed by Huawei and Chery, blending advanced electric mobility with premium family-focused comfort. Built on a high-voltage 800V architecture, the V9 offers an impressive total driving range of more than 1,200 km while supporting advanced Level 3 autonomous driving technology. Measuring 5,359 mm in length with a massive 3,250 mm wheelbase, the flagship MPV delivers a commanding road presence and spacious cabin, while its curb weight ranges from 2,750 to 2,940 kg depending on the configuration. Under the hood, the Luxeed V9 uses Huawei’s advanced “Snow Owl” range-extender system paired with either a 1.5L or 1.5T engine to maximize efficiency and long-distance capability. Buyers can choose between a 37.0 kWh LFP battery or a larger 53.4 kWh ternary lithium battery supplied by CATL. Depending on the battery option, the MPV delivers a pure electric driving range of 158 km to 223 km under WLTC or CLTC testing standards, making it practical for both urban commuting and extended highway travel. Inside, the Luxeed V9 focuses heavily on technology, wellness, and passenger comfort. The cabin features a futuristic triple-screen dashboard setup, including a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and dual 17.2-inch displays, alongside a massive 21.4-inch 3K ceiling-mounted entertainment screen compatible with gaming consoles. Premium seating includes a luxurious seven-seat arrangement with independent zero-gravity captain chairs capable of rotating 180 degrees and extending leg rests for first-class comfort. The MPV also introduces advanced safety and wellness technologies such as seat-integrated helmet airbags, wrap-around second-row airbags, a massive 3.2-meter side curtain airbag system, onboard oxygen generation, active UVC sterilization, dual-chamber air suspension, rear-wheel steering, and intelligent road-preview capabilities for a smoother and safer driving experience.
