Getting SHIGGY with it: Shigefusa KU Santoku

Hi fellow Chef Knife Enthusiasts! My Shigefusa Kurouchi Santoku 165mm is the star in my next knife video. I ramble on and on about Tokifusa Iizuka and his two sons, their traditional methods, their knives, my knife and opinion on it.
