La Vrai Citronnade Tunisienne

Here's a drink we never tire of. This lemonade is purely addictive, believe me, once you've tried it, all the others are irrelevant! It's a great classic in Tunisia and can be found in France in major cities during Ramadan. For those of us who don't belong to any religion, here's the recipe to have it all year round!! :) Because it's good and we love it ^^ Buy the spices: https://ileauxepices.com DISCOUNT CODE: ataaable10 Ingredients: 2 kg organic lemons 2.5 liters water 300 to 500 g sugar according to your taste 2 packets vanilla sugar Wash the lemons thoroughly and dry them. Zest the lemons and place the zest in a bowl. Peel the lemons, discarding the skin. Cut the lemons into quarters and remove the seeds. Place the lemon flesh in the same bowl as the zest. Add 50 cl of water. Blend with a hand blender. Refrigerate overnight. Add the remaining water. Add the sugar, mix well, and dissolve. Strain the mixture through a strainer or a cloth. Extract as much juice as possible with a whisk. Finish by squeezing the cloth. Refrigerate. And voila! "Knowledge is nothing without sharing." So share this recipe on your favorite social media!
