SRA7 Integrating FMEA with SRA - 2004 - Ron Carson

This 18-minute video is a presentation of my seventh paper on system requirements analysis. It was first presented at the 2004 INCOSE Symposium. This paper applies the earlier concepts of anomaly handling (1995, SRA1) to integrating the failure modes and effects analysis with the system requirements analysis, using the concept of "functional failure".
