The great thing about this project is that I took advantage of the original hardness and heat treatment of the blade's steel. This makes the process much simpler and more accessible, proving that it's possible to make a quality knife with basic tools and recycled materials. It can also be a source of EXTRA INCOME by selling the products. And best of all: I show you how to do all the grinding and finishing without using a belt sander, using only basic tools like a grinder, a drill with a sanding disc, files, etc. You'll see the entire process: from design and cutting, to careful grinding to avoid overheating the steel, to making the handle from reclaimed wood and final sharpening.
