Daily reading - Discipline ego and train intuition with one sword

When did we allow this to get so out of hand. Our intuition and our ego saying two different things, are we captured in this battle? We can't trust ourselves to make rational, normal decisions anymore. We don't know what's best for us. Confusion seems to keep us stuck in cycles. The betrayed begins to perpetuate a cycle of betrayal. Self sabotage feels normal. Suffering feels consistent with the nature of environments and people around us. There's an imbalance too vast, to not start discussing this with each other. Get the information you need to make informed decisions for yourself and find a safe space for stillness.
