Community & Construction Update April 2026

We’re excited to share the latest progress happening across Woodlea! Earthworks have officially commenced in Stages 78 and 79, while Stage 76 in The Woodlands continues to progress well, with titles expected around mid-2026. Townhouse construction is also moving ahead, with 79 townhouses currently underway across eight stages. Progress also continues on the new Aintree North primary school (opening Term 1, 2027), the bulk earthworks for an acoustic wall along the Western Freeway that will support a new neighbourhood coming soon to Woodlea, the new RDAV facility, and extensive planting across the Woodlands and Graziers wetlands.
