Made with atta (wheat flour) and a touch of corn flour for that melt-in-mouth, flaky texture. A perfect eggless tea-time snack you can easily make at home — no preservatives, no maida, pure bakery taste! 💙 Follow me on Facebook for updates:   / 1bdftctme3   🌾 Ingredients (Makes 20–22 Biscuits) Ingredient Weight Spoon/Other Measure Wheat flour (Atta) 150 g (1 cup) Corn flour 20 g (2 tbsp) Margarine 120 g (8 tbsp (or 60 g ghee + 60 g refined oil for homemade version) Powdered sugar 20 g (2 tbsp) Milk powder 8 g (1 tbsp) Baking powder 1 tsp Baking soda ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp 👩‍🍳 Method Preheat your OTG to 160°C (bake mode – both rods ON, no fan). In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and powdered sugar until smooth and light. Add milk powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda — mix well. Add wheat flour and corn flour. Mix gently using your hands until a soft dough forms. (No water needed — margarine moisture is enough.) Roll the dough to ½ cm thickness and cut into shapes of your choice. Place on a lined baking tray. Bake at 160°C for 18–20 minutes or until edges are golden and crisp.
