Easy Crockpot Lasagna & Homemade Garlic Bread | Comfort Food Made Simple!

Dinner doesn't get much better than this! In today's video, I'm making a delicious crockpot lasagna layered with rich meat sauce, cheese and tender pasta, served with warm homemade garlic bread. This easy comfort food meal is perfect for busy weeknights or family dinners. No need to heat up the kitchen in the hot months! Ingredients: 1 lb Italian Sausage 1 lb Ground Beef 1 jar Marinara Sauce Fresh Basil 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Pinch of Parsley Flakes 1/4 C Grated Parm Cheese 2 tbsp Pecorino Romano Cheese 1 -2 C Italian Style Cheese 1 -2 C Mozzarella Cheese 2 eggs small onion 1 box lasagna noodles (uncooked) 15 oz Ricotta Cheese 1 C Cottage Cheese Cook sausage and beef together until no longer pink. Add onions to soften. Drain meat mixture and add marinara sauce and mix all together and set aside. Mix together all the cheeses and the eggs, add Italian seasoning, basil, parley and mix together. In base of crockpot layer starting and ending with the meat sauce. Layer meat sauce, uncooked noodles, cheese layer and repeat until all is gone. Place crockpot on low and cook for about 5 hours and than add cheese on top and cook for about another 30 mins to an hour, just to melt the cheese and noodles are cooked. let sit about 30 mins, slice and enjoy! #CrockpotLasagna #slowcookerrecipe #GarlicBread #easydinner
