Toyota Corolla 1993 No Enciende: Falla de ECM por Humedad (Sin Pulso de Inyectores)

A customer brought us this 1993 Toyota Corolla 1.8L that had been sitting for years while they got a transmission. After installing the transmission, the car would crank, but it wouldn't start! In this video, I'll show you my diagnostic process to find the problem: 1. Fuel Problem: We confirmed the fuel pump was faulty and replaced it. However, the car would only start briefly with premium fuel. 2. Key Electrical Diagnostic: I checked the fuel injectors with a test light. Although they had power, the reverse polarity tester confirmed that the ECM wasn't sending the signal (pulse) to activate them. 3. Final Inspection: After confirming that the ECM's power and ground connections were correct, I opened the computer and found the culprit: internal moisture and corrosion. After getting and installing another ECM, the Toyota Corolla started perfectly. Learn how to check the engine computer when a car has been inactive for a long time!
