Gatwick Express Class 387 ride - Gatwick Airport to Horsham

On the last weekend of February 2022, the Brighton Main Line was closed between Three Bridges and Brighton due to engineering works, resulting in London to Brighton Southern services taking a convoluted diversion via Horsham and Littlehampton where they reversed before continuing on to Brighton via Worthing. Some of the London to Brighton Southern services were formed of 3X Gatwick Express Class 387 units in 12 car formations whilst others were formed of the usual 3X Class 377 units in 12 car formations. In this video, we cover the first section of the diversionary route from Gatwick Airport to Horsham, calling at Three Bridges en route, onboard a Gatwick Express Class 387 unit.
