Auto Splicer

Auto Splicer is designed for easy paper joining activity without stopping the machine. It has second Reel which is to be pre-loaded and use it when the first reel gets empty in order to make paper joining operation without stopping the machine and without compromising printing quality. Unloading of reel, loading of new reel and alignment of web will be carried out while one reel stand is in idle condition. Accumulator is a key part in Auto Splicer which accumulates the paper and provides the stored paper while automatic paper joining is taking place and hence, machine is not required to be stopped.
