Today I'm showing you a great online calisthenics class, perfect if you work out at home and don't have a lot of equipment. Calisthenics is perfect for this and allows you to tone your body. Today we'll also do a first part for the core: Plank Hollow position Side plank Reverse plank Performed in 35-second work-25-second rest mode for 3 sets of each exercise.
