We’re Turning This Portland Studio Into An Airbnb! 🇯🇲 | Farm Life, Rivers & Country Cooking Welcome back to another country vloggg 🇯🇲🌴 In this video I’m taking you guys along with me through farm life, country adventures, family moments and BIG future plans 👀🔥 We started the day with TWO farm visits! 🌱 The first farm took us about 25-30 minutes walking through the hills, crossing TWO rivers to get there 😅 Along the way I tried sour barge leaf for the first time — it had a sour/tangy taste and was definitely an experience 😂 We reached the farm and grabbed a few jellies before heading to our 20-acre coconut farm 🌴🥥 where we collected more jelly coconuts and dry coconuts. I also stopped in Moore Town and shared a little bit of Nanny’s history 🇯🇲✨ but don’t worry… in the NEXT vlog I’ll be taking you guys to Nanny Falls for a more detailed tour 👀 Back home we unpacked the car FULL of coconuts and bottled fresh jelly 🥥 We even grilled chicken and made rice & peas with my father-in-law 🍗🔥 The next day started with picking up eggs before I finally shared a HUGE project we’re working on… 🏡 We’re renovating our studio by Cornwall Barracks Portland and transforming it into an Airbnb! I showed you guys the inside, outside and our plans to: ✨ Add another floor ✨ Create an open glass design ✨ Build a relaxing nature-style stay experience After that we headed back home where Allen fixed the fence and helped crack dry coconuts 🥥 My boyfriend also tried the coconut “bread/oil/nut” for the first time 😂 and surprisingly loved it! Before leaving Portland we HAD to stop at Carnation Bakery for gratto 😩🔥 and I finally tried their corn bread too.
