Add the egg, vanilla extract, and salt and beat until smooth. Combine the flour and baking soda and beat until combined. Add the chocolate chips and fold in with a silicone spatula. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes. In a 25cm (9-inch) springform pan, place two-thirds of the dough and press it down with your fingers to form a layer on the bottom and sides of the pan. Fill with the hazelnut spread, spreading it evenly. Using a rolling pin, roll out the remaining cookie dough into a disc the size of the pan. Place this disc on top of the hazelnut spread and press the sides together.
