1960 Cadillac Series 62 Revival. Will it run?

My buddy Isreal called me up asking if there was a chance I would be interested in a 1963 Cadillac pretty cheap and cheap being my middle name, I said sure why not. When we got there we learned it was in fact a 1960 and not a 1963, which had me even more interested. Then I learned it was stored inside and complete so I was all in.
