Our third overseas episode! This time, our destination was Marfa. 1000 km away from Houston, This small town, with a population of just 2000, is surrounded by a huge desert. When Donald Judd, the master of minimalist art, moved there in the 1970s, Marfa became known as the center of Contemporary Art and Minimalism. It has become a cult destination, particularly for artists and creative people. The town's reputation was elevated by the pioneering work of Donald Judd, a master of Minimalist art in the 20th century. Judd relocated to Marfa in the 1970s and established exhibition spaces for his works and large-scale installations. His pieces are displayed in several buildings and plots of land around the town, seamlessly blending his artistic vision with Marfa's natural environment. In addition, Marfa is a popular filming location, with several notable movies such as James Dean's final film "Giant" (1956) and "No Country for Old Men" (2007) being shot there.
