Karlsruhe Tram-Trains! (Long Version)

Karlsruhe Tram-Trains! (Long Version) I visit the German city of Karlruhe, where some trains are trams and some trams are trains. The Stadtbahn has been bridging the gap between tram and train since 1992 (and in some ways even before then), creating a new "model" followed by cities across Europe, including Sheffield. I also draw some comparisons to the Manchester Metrolink, which whilst not a tram-train network, has some parallels to Karlsruhe.
